Power Conversation – Fred Morales

Fred Morales is a Communications Advisor at Valaris, a global offshore oil and gas drilling contractor. With nearly 30 years of experience in graphic design, photography and video production for the energy industry, he is equipped with an array of tools for solving challenges visually in pursuit of the company’s strategic goals. For the past 10+ years with Valaris, Morales has focused on building employee engagement among the company’s diverse workforce using original video content to build awareness of our purpose and values, enhance recruiting efforts and showcase the hard-working men and women working every day around the world. This work takes him to the drilling floors of rigs offshore, the offices of shore-based support personnel and back to his home base of Houston to put it all together.
