She takes a creative approach rooted in analytics and deep knowledge of how communication impacts audiences and effects change. Previously, Roberts led global internal and executive communications and employee engagement for Juul Labs across all markets. She has defined strategies, implemented technologies, led employee surveys, supported change management, and guided leaders during company transformations. Roberts' expertise spans industries including technology, media, financial services, and consumer goods. She is passionate about the power of strategic communications to align and motivate organizations through periods of growth and disruption.

Sophia Gottfried is an internal communicator at Audible, the leading creator and provider of premium audio storytelling. With a decade of experience in communications, journalism, and content creation, Gottfried connects Audible's global employees with its unique culture, vision, and impact. She also advises leaders and executives at Audible on communication strategy. Previously, Gottfried worked in journalism, on the American Society of Magazine Editors-recognized social media team at TIME, and as an award-winning newspaper reporter in her home state of New Jersey. She has a degree in communications from the University of Pennsylvania. When she’s not working, she’s an avid traveler and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters Los Angeles.
