Amy Miller is manager of U.S. internal communications at Bayer, a global organization with approximately 100,000 employees in 110 countries. Since joining the organization in 2008, she has led intranet projects and consolidations of increasing complexity. Miller is the U.S. project lead for Bayer’s “One Intranet” project and also works with several functions as a communications business partner.

Carolyn Clark is the Vice President of Corporate Marketing & Internal Communications at Simpplr, a modern intranet platform. A seasoned leader, with deep roots in employee communications and employee experience, Clark joined to help Simpplr elevate the employee experience by driving innovation and reimagining how employee communication is delivered in today's world. Throughout her career, Clark has intentionally diversified her experience to all facets of communication. From producing broadcast news to consumer and product public relations, media relations and corporate communication. Before joining Simpplr, Clark led internal and HR communication at major tech companies including Yahoo, Oath (Verizon Media), Pandora, GoDaddy, and Opendoor. Clark has led countless transitions, navigated more crises than she can count, and shepherded thousands of employees through complex acquisitions and integrations. She has a passion for navigating difficult situations and an ability to drive employee experience strategy through complicated corporate issues. Clark lives in North Carolina with her husband and energetic 9-year-old daughter.

Kelsey Graziano is director, internal communications at PVH Corp., one of the largest global apparel organizations, with more than 35,000 associates operating in 40+ countries and more than $8 billion in annual revenues. Since joining the organization in 2015, Kelsey has led a complete redesign of its global intranet as well as the rollout of PVH’s first associate news app, PVH Insider. In addition, Graziano supports internal communications efforts for several key functions and helps drive the overall strategy for the PVH comms function. Prior to joining PVH, Kelsey held roles in both internal communications and social media for two New York City-based health care systems.
