Susan Chang

Susan Chang has worked in social media long enough to remember when Instagram didn’t exist but Google+ did. She also can recall the day when Ashton Kutcher became the first Twitter account to have 1 million followers and enjoys reminiscing about the more wholesome days of social media. During her 15-year career, she jump-started social programs for brands like L’Oreal and Microsoft, and in 2014, joined Dropbox where she is currently the head of social media. In her role, she runs a best-in-class social media team that oversees the management and content creation for every @Dropbox social channel and serves as an advisor to cross-functional teams such as CX, Marketing, Communications, and Brand Studio on all things social. One of her favorite pastimes is crying over dog videos on her For You Page.
