PLEASE READ THIS RAGAN TRAINING WEBSITE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (“LICENSE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE RAGAN TRAINING WEBSITE. BY USING THE RAGAN TRAINING WEBSITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE. WHEN AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE ELECTRONICALLY, YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS BY CLICKING “I agree to the Terms of Use.”

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your membership to the Ragan Training website is for individual use only and is not a membership for an entire organization. Only one login per account will be active at one time. Site Licenses are available to organizations that will allow for multiple users. If you are interested in a Site License to the Ragan Training website you must contact RAGAN customer service.

  1. General. The terms of this License will govern any Ragan Training website upgrades provided by RAGAN that replace and/or supplement the original Ragan Training Website product, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern.

    Title and intellectual property rights in and to any content displayed by or accessed through the ragan training website belongs to ragan. Such content may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties, and may be subject to terms of use of the third party providing such content. This License does not grant you any rights to use such content.
  2. Permitted License Uses And Restrictions.
