Angela Perry is Director of Communications and a Principal Associate at H&H, a national infrastructure engineering firm with more than 600 employees across over 30 offices. She leads the firm’s internal and external communications, employee engagement, brand, public relations, social media and thought leadership programs.
During her 14 years with H&H, Angela has guided communications for major organizational initiatives, leadership transitions and firmwide change. Most recently, she developed and led the communication strategy for the firm’s ten-year One H&H Strategic Plan, including manager alignment, a firmwide town hall, regional conversations, employee focus groups and ongoing progress updates.
Angela works closely with H&H’s CEO and senior leadership to translate business priorities into clear, credible communication that helps employees understand the organization’s direction and their role in its success.
