Emmy Negrin is head of inclusion and people development at OpenTable. She’s a social entrepreneur and organizational development leader focused on building purpose-driven and inclusive workplaces. She leads diversity and inclusion, learning and social impact at OpenTable, overseeing its learning and development strategy and employee programs focused on inclusion and career development. She previously worked at Yahoo, managing the Yahoo Employee Foundation. She led and facilitated a global mindfulness program and spearheaded social impact grants connecting employees with nonprofits worldwide. She received her B.A. in communication and culture, international development and social change from Clark University. @opentable
