Omar De Windt is the vice president of corporate communication for Cervera Real Estate and host of the Miami Real Estate Podcast. Cervera Real Estate is a Miami-based brokerage firm with the largest portfolio of condominium high-rises represented and sold in South Florida. He is a seasoned marketing communications professional with experience across real estate, travel, tourism and luxury consumer goods sectors. De Windt plays a key role in developing and executing Cervera’s brand, public relations and digital marketing strategies. Prior to joining the firm, he spent eight years on the agency side of public relations where he helped companies including JetBlue, Marriott Hotels International, Tourism New Zealand, Audi Latin America and TCL run PR and marketing programs in the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America.
Andrew Springer is an Emmy and Peabody award-winning journalist, producer and entrepreneur. He currently is a consultant at Voice of America, where he's helping develop new digital projects and brands to reach younger audiences. Springer is also the former executive producer of "Stayed Tuned," NBC News' twice-daily show on Snapchat and the first Gen Z news brand. Springer joined NBC News as its director of social media strategy. Prior to NBC, he ran search and social for Mashable and built the first social media teams for "Good Morning America" and ABC News.
Caitlin Angeloff is social strategy director at Providence St. Joseph Health. She previously headed global social media strategy and operations at Docusign. She's a veteran digital marketing and social media leader with experience across both enterprise and consumer technology. As CEO of boutique social media advertising agency Admosis Media, she helped companies like Alaska Airlines, Amazon and a range of early-stage tech startups build, run and optimize their paid search, PPC and social media programs.
