He has more than five years’ experience in public relations working at leading communication agencies including Edelman, Weber Shandwick and Ruder Finn, for brands across industries (CPG, food & beverage, grooming, personal care, and more). A passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, Kaye serves on the Steering Committee for the Human Rights Campaign Greater NY chapter. He is also a guest speaker at New York University and UMass Amherst.
