Brian K. Parker serves as the vice president of corporate communications at Navy Federal Credit Union. Brian and his team are responsible for establishing, promoting and protecting Navy Federal’s brand and reputation within the media, the public and its employees.
Brian began his career in the United States Army as a public affairs specialist in 2005. His time in the Army was primarily spent serving in the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment “The Old Guard.” In The Old Guard, he served as the media liaison for high-profile events, including the State Funeral for President Gerald Ford, President Obama’s first Inauguration, and visits from Foreign Heads of State. He was also responsible for media relations in Arlington National Cemetery and The Tomb of the Unknowns. Following his departure from the Army, Brian completed his bachelor’s degree in Communications at George Mason University and earned his master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University
While at Georgetown, Brian began work with Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, serving as the civilian public affairs specialist for the base. In 2014, Brian transitioned his career to Navy Federal, serving the world’s largest credit union.
Brian is a Distinguished Honor Graduate of the U.S. Army Warrior Leader’s Course, and received an Excellence in Communication Award from George Mason University, and a President’s Award for Service Excellence at Navy Federal. Brian currently serves as the executive sponsor for Navy Federal’s military Employee Resource Group and is a member of the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Council.

Mary C. Buhay is Chief Growth Officer and Head of Ragan’s Communications Leadership Council and PR Daily Leadership Network. A communications executive with more than 25 years of experience, Mary develops communities and stories that connect businesses meaningfully with people—customers, employees, investors, journalists, and other stakeholders—whose trust helps to drive growth. Mary joined Ragan Communications in 2021 from Women Presidents Organization, where she was global director of growth. Mary was previously senior vice president of marketing for G&S Business Communications, a top-15 agency based in New York. In this role, she advised internal and external clients and implemented plans for corporate social responsibility, healthtech marketing and business-to-business communications. Earlier, Mary had roles as corporate officer and senior vice president of corporate communications, marketing and sales for Medialink Worldwide, a digital media-technology venture whose Nasdaq-listed IPO she helped to launch as part of the founding team.

Since joining HealthLinc as the director of development in February 2014, Brandi Anstine has provided leadership, coordination and development for all fundraising, marketing, public relations and outreach efforts. As a result of HealthLinc’s growth and expansion, she was promoted to chief branding officer to focus on the standardization and protection of HealthLinc’s brand.
Prior to joining HealthLinc, Brandi served in various leadership roles in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors and has worked extensively in marketing, event planning and management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a master’s degree in sports administration from Valparaiso University.
