Ingrid Ekstrom is Director of Internal Content in the Office of Communications at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where she leads enterprise-wide internal communications strategies to keep a diverse, complex workforce informed and engaged. Before joining UCSF, she led internal communications at Autodesk and corporate communications at SunPower. Outside of work, she co-founded Berkeley Commonplace, a nonprofit supporting community art and creative well-being.
