Shaila Manyam is a Senior Vice-President and leads international public affairs at BCW. In her role, she advises clients including global organizations, sovereign governments, world leaders, higher education institutions, finance firms and multinational companies on strategic communications, reputation management, political risk management, thought leadership and influencer strategy, national security, international trade policy, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Shaila also co-leads internal teams to develop and promote proprietary client offerings for DEI. She joined BCW’s Washington, D.C. office following a 12-year career as a diplomat with the U.S. Department of State, in Haiti, the Middle East and the United Nations.
