Ursula Llabres leads Global Enterprise Executive Programs at Facebook. For the past 20 years she has worked and led high performing customer success teams at Oracle, Salesforce.com, Box, Microsoft, insidesales.com and now Facebook. Ursula works hands on with organizations and Executives to share insights and learnings from Facebook and facilitate the development of connected companies and a better employee experience. Ursula is passionate about connecting people, and using social networks and technologies as enablers to engaging employees and amplifying culture. On a personal note, Ursula is Peruvian born & raised and moved to Canada in her late teens. She is active with her two “start-ups” Lucas (10) and Matias (9), loves to participate in trail races and resides in Menlo Park, CA.
