As the Executive Vice President, Chief Communications Officer of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Rock Entertainment Group (REG) and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Susan Oguche is responsible for communications strategy across the REG family of sports and entertainment properties, as well as public affairs for the organization. Driven by a creative curiosity and a journalist’s heart for the story beneath the surface, Susan has helped some of the most admired companies identify and connect with their missions, navigate moments of crisis, and inspire the world with their unique story. Susan moved to Cleveland in October of 2022 following two decades of senior-level, in-house communications experience with Nike, Procter and Gamble, Abbott, Home Chef and Sleep Number. Susan graduated from the Max M. Fisher School of Business at the Ohio State University. She and her husband Hanson have two young daughters, Abigail and Grace.
