Suki Baz has a passion for connecting people through communications, building organizational culture, and strengthening feedback between leaders and the workforce. She works to design put into action thoughtful and forward-thinking strategic communication plans to achieve measurable results. Suki is collaborating with colleagues across the organization to re-build the NPS intranet.She joined the National Park Service in 2012 and launched its first-ever internal communications team to engage a dispersed workforce of 24,000 full-time and seasonal staff. Before the NPS, Suki, on the Strategic Communications team at Booz Allen Hamilton, directed internal communications at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Health Affairs. Suki holds degrees in marketing and art history from San Diego State University, and a master's from Georgetown University's Public Relations and Corporate Communications program.
