Robin Farr is the communications manager for WestJet Airlines, one of Canada's most admired companies and a recent inductee into the Corporate Culture Hall of Fame. She directs the team that keeps WestJetters informed about and engaged with what’s happening in their company. Farr was born in Calgary and raised on the West Coast. But in 2011 the mountains called her home. Before moving back to Alberta, Farr spent several years in communications for the government of British Columbia, most recently as director of corporate internal communications. She was the original editor for the BC Public Service’s first corporate intranet site, @Work, an award-winning site designed to support the cultural evolution of a 150-year-old organization. Robin has worked in both internal communications and public affairs and previously worked in recruitment and human resources with the government of Canada.
