My experience focuses on overseeing the strategy for a variety of internal and external communications, working closely with leaders on change management initiatives, and championing efforts that support an inclusive, diverse culture. I have managed teams and collaborated across organizations to foster communications and opportunities for engagement that build on overall strategies and values and create a sense of collective purpose and direction. My work has included working with leaders to launch organization-wide strategies, building holistic change management plans and creating opportunities for employee engagement. I've received industry recognition for my contributions in managing and redesigning publications.
