Eric Jaffe is the senior manager of employee communications, tools, and advocacy at Microsoft. He has spent the past two decades focused on the employee communications and advocacy space. Jaffe joined Microsoft nine years ago, and in his current role, is responsible for company-wide employee advocacy efforts and major employee communications channels. He’s currently focused on modernizing Microsoft’s intranet and engaging employees to be Microsoft advocates. Prior to Microsoft, Jaffe worked in communications at T-Mobile and IAC/InterActiveCorp.
