Cecilia Tejeda distinguishes her professional trajectory through a steadfast commitment to corporate social responsibility, social impact, and communication strategies that drive impactful social change. In her most recent role, she has been serving as Corporate Responsibility and Social Sustainability Manager for Cargill's Global Impact Communications teams since October 2023. She leads the development of communication plans that amplify the company's mission to enhance farmer livelihoods, secure food, and nurture communities.  Before joining Cargill, Tejeda led employee programs focused on social impact at Lockheed Martin. There, she developed organizational and communications strategies to support employee involvement during natural disasters and engagement initiatives, including employee workplace giving, matching programs, and volunteer efforts. She also served as Senior Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility and Communications for Resideo, a spin-off of Honeywell. In this capacity, Tejeda led relationships with the nonprofit sector in the United States, including in-kind gifts, philanthropic grants, special events, corporate social responsibility, ESG, and employee engagement.
