Alexa Heinrich is the Social Media Manager for St. Petersburg College (SPC) in Central Florida where she oversees the college’s numerous social media accounts and blogs in addition to educating staff and faculty about best practices for digital communications. Before SPC, Heinrich worked in Illinois for City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) as a Content Marketing Specialist. She is a passionate advocate for creating accessible and inclusive content for social media and has presented educational webinars on the subject to several different organizations including Harvard University, MIT, John Deere, the National Institute for Social Media and the Great Lakes ADA Center.
