Aaron Gillingham is System Vice President of Human Resources at OhioHealth, a Columbus, Ohio-based family of not-for-profit hospitals and healthcare organizations serving patients in central Ohio since 1891 with more than 28,000 associates, volunteers, and physicians. Aaron is responsible for strategic human resources coordination for OhioHealth’s HR Business Partner team consisting of nearly 30 HR professionals deployed across the system.
