Scott’s past digital workplace experience includes consulting with Fortune 500 clients American Express and Philip Morris International and a host of other firms ranging in size from large global to small and medium enterprises. With an MBA and a BS in labor relations, Scott has the ability to analyze challenges from an employee perspective and provide innovative opportunities for change.

Charles Chesnut is the vice president of digital and marketing at Integral, a leading employee experience agency. He's a digital strategy leader with expertise in customer experience, content, transformation and work methods. He has led UX teams, innovation teams, marketing teams, and editorial teams. He has worked for companies ranging in size from small startups to some of the world’s largest organizations. He has been a product owner for individual applications and also led worldwide transformation initiatives. He has over a decade of experience with Agile methods. Across these roles, Charles has built empowered teams that create compelling experiences for customers and employees. Before Integral, Charles was the vice president of integrated marketing at r4 Technologies, and before that he served as the director of total customer experience, as well as manager of global web marketing at IBM.
