Christi Gilhoi leads global employee engagement for Qualcomm. Prior to her work at Qualcomm she served as director of the International House at UC San Diego, an international living/learning community of students and scholars from around the globe. Gilhoi has had an active career in various fields, including international education, investment real estate, marketing and human resources. She has studied, lived and worked overseas in Norway, India and Taiwan. Gilhoi is a singer/songwriter, as well as a bass and guitar player. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, drinking tea and reading.
