At UPMC, Madore manages employee communications for the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, one of the nations’ leading pediatric centers. He also covers communications for the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, the system’s behavioral health hospital. Overall, Madore manages internal communication strategy and channels for more than 8,000 employees. In addition to his everyday responsibilities of keeping employees informed and in the know, Madore is particularly passionate about the role internal communications plays in building employee engagement and improving culture. Prior to joining Children's, Madore was marketing communications specialist at the corporate office of UPMC.
