Fostering Kindness at Work – Snapshot (Indeed Insights)

Misty Gaither is Indeed’s senior director & global head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DI&B). Prior to Indeed, Gaither held business development and sales roles at Altria Group and JPMorgan Chase. She pivoted into DI&B by way of business development at Code2040, a non-profit start-up focused on racial equity and inclusion in technology, and later made the move “in-house” as the first DI&B business partner at Twilio. At Indeed, she is primarily focused on setting the global strategy to ensure the company is designing equitable systems and processes that will contribute to a sustainable culture of inclusion and belonging.
