At GoDaddy, she built an infrastructure and internal communications strategy from scratch and moved the needle 13 points in trust in just six months as measured by its annual engagement survey.

Aerial Ellis, Ed.D. is a consultant with Advisory 83 and a professor in public relations at Lipscomb University. She's a gifted strategist sought after for her ability to transform culture, improve diversity, enhance communication, navigate change, build community and drive innovation. As a trainer and speaker, she's in demand with audiences facing intergenerational and multicultural challenges, navigating differences and leveraging racial/ethnic identity as cultural capital. She's author of "The Original Millennial" and serves as a board member for PRSA and a trustee for the PRSA Foundation. She's also co-founder of the Nashville Women of Color in Communications Network.

Joseph Dawson is director, strategic communication for the office of the chief human resources officer and chief diversity officer at Freddie Mac. He leads message development and positioning in integrated campaigns to mobilize people to take meaningful action, while also providing communication counsel to senior leaders. Prior to Freddie Mac, Dawson held global communication and digital marketing roles at Fortune 500 companies including the AES Corporation and Advance Auto Parts. He started his career as an economic developer with a local government agency.
