Creating a Sense of Belonging in the Workplace – Do More Than Checking Off the Inclusion Box

Most organizations actively pursue diverse representation in their workplace, but this does not ensure that all employees feel included. Creating a sense of belonging provides leaders and organizations a good opportunity to reinvigorate their inclusion approach and goals. In this session, we will look at:
