Most organizations actively pursue diverse representation in their workplace, but this does not ensure that all employees feel included. Creating a sense of belonging provides leaders and organizations a good opportunity to reinvigorate their inclusion approach and goals. In this session, we will look at:

- What are the barriers of building an inclusive culture where everyone feels like they belong?
- How to foster a sense of belonging in your organization for all your groups, including, persons of color, working moms, persons with disabilities, LGBTQ, veterans, baby-boomers and millennials and others
- The need to communicate genuine support for the idea of belonging
- Ensuring everyone is responsible for achieving D&I goals on a day-to-day basis
