In her previous position, Jaya spearheaded the national communications campaigns for Fannie Mae's workplace moves of over 5,000 people, including the company's move to its new downtown DC headquarters (3,000+ people). In this role, she also was the change management and employee engagement lead for the 4+ year project alongside a cross-functional executive steering committee. By incorporating traditional forums to relay information (microsite, FAQs, regular speaking engagements) along with innovative ways for encouraging change (creating new corporate communication vehicle for real-time Q&A - called Yammercasts) and influencing new behaviors (executing experiential workplace expos). Towards the conclusion of the project, Jaya also created a new, robust, and captivating orientation and transition program which included technology education, tours, and open-work space etiquette delivered by a cross-functional team for over 40 guides.

Elizabeth Owen is the global head of employee communications for Levi Strauss & Co. She manages internal and executive communications that boost employee engagement. She directs a team that does corporate events, design, employee communications, the corporate intranet and Yammer. Owen has more than a decade of corporate communications experience, working with Dell, Visa and DirecTV. Before LS&Co., she was the director of communications for a private school. Owen served as senior vice president and deputy GM at WPP Team Dell, where she managed U.S. staff and operations and led the agency team that did Dell's internal communications.
