Becca Gibson is the senior wellness marketing specialist at U-Haul International based in Phoenix, Arizona. In her role, Gibson helps 32,000-plus team members across the U.S. and Canada to become healthier versions of themselves by implementing U-Haul Wellness programs and benefits, and promoting wellness through education. Her role also entails managing the Shoen Family Conference and Fitness Center on the U-Haul Midtown Campus in Phoenix, a new multi-million-dollar complex with on-site medical and dental access that sets the bar for corporate wellness facilities. Gibson is charged with the ongoing task of cultivating a wellness department that can impact and support every team member, regardless of their location and where they are on their personal wellness journey.
