Rush University Medical Center developed its Center for Clinical Wellness based on the simple belief that advances in research leading to quality patient care are directly tied to the wellbeing and vitality of researchers, providers, students and staff. This session will explore the innovative mitigation strategies developed to reinforce staff wellness while emphasizing the following:

- Lessons learned from opening the center in the middle of the pandemic
