In these dynamic times, effective communications are critical to a company’s corporate reputation. New advancements in technology, changes in human expectations and behavior, and a highly volatile society create both challenges and opportunities. Taking a broad, multi-stakeholder view has never been more important in this highly interconnected world. In this session, Michelle Hecht, Head of Communications at Citizens, will talk about the importance of communicating – and acting – with purpose and strong alignment of both internal and external channels. Michelle will share how successful teams transcend typical functional organizational charts and instead leverage diverse, multi-discipline perspectives to influence and shape perceptions across stakeholders and themes.
