Wendy Englebardt is the Internal Communications Director at Monster Worldwide. Englebardt helps ~1,200 “Monsters” connect with one another - and executive leadership - at a legacy dotcom brand during a time of great transformation and while working in a hybrid environment. Englebardt finds joy in creating and sustaining a rich and varied culture where all employees know that when they bring their authentic selves to work, their individuality will be celebrated. Under Englebardt’s direction, the team manages multimedia communications across channels including company events, intranet, email, desktop, screensavers, and Microsoft Teams. In her time at Monster, Englebardt has overseen the implementation of a new company intranet, Happeo, and email service provider, Contact Monkey. Englebardt is also the co-lead for the Parents and Caregivers ERG, setting strategy and priorities for a group of more than 120 Monsters seeking a satisfying professional/ personal life balance. In her spare time, when not chasing her own “little Monsters,” Englebardt serves as their school’s Creative Arts and Sciences chair, and as a Fundraising Chair for the Wellesley Community Children’s Center.

She has developed a global onboarding system and process for a major multi-national corporation, has worked as a leadership consultant for both small and medium-sized businesses, has designed and implemented a unique approach to career development and mobility, and has led multiple organizations through the challenging process of realigning their culture and values to become more diverse, equitable and inclusive organizations.
