Joe Comstock is creative coordinator for the corporate marketing and communications department at Omaha Public Power District. After 16 years of working as a designer, art director, illustrator, comic book artist and sculptor in Los Angeles, he joined the OPPD communications team, where he makes the mundane magical, the trite tantalizing and the difficult digestible.
