Jessica Merz is director of global internal communications for Bacardi, which owns more than 200 brands and labels including BACARDÍ rum, GREY GOOSE vodka, and BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin. She is responsible for communicating strategic initiatives and executive messages and driving adoption of new tools to engage nearly 6,000 employees.
