Kristin Graham is the principal of culture and communications for Amazon. A former journalist and current technology leader, she has centered her career on storytelling. Curiosity wove her career through nonprofits, Fortune 50s and dot-coms. She moved to Seattle in 2007 to lead communications and employee programs for the travel portfolio company, Expedia, Inc. Graham's background includes executive and employee communications, global recruiting, diversity and inclusion, philanthropy, learning & development, corporate events, social media, and employer branding initiatives. After a year-long travel sabbatical, Graham joined Amazon Web Services and for the last three years, manages employee communication strategy within the world’s largest cloud company.
