Her focus is on advising customers on communications best practices, trends and thought leadership, and she works closely with engineering and product management teams specifically with her communications customers in mind. Prior to Workplace, Guthkelch held a number of senior level comms and marketing roles both in-house and at agencies, most recently as global head of social media at HSBC and Ketchum's U.K. head of digital. Guthkelch has more than 15 years of experience as a multi-industry, multichannel content strategist and was ranked among the Top 25 marketing innovators in EMEA in 2017.
Ben Gould leads the Business Influencer Program at Facebook. With over 15 years international experience working across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America, Ben has been instrumental in the growth of SaaS technology startups and silicon valley companies like LinkedIn and Facebook. Currently, he is focused on giving executives the tools, tactics and best practice to share their authentic voice across Facebook's family apps.
