Jenn Thai is the social media specialist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, where she manages all social media marketing efforts including strategy building, content creation, community management, social listening, paid media buying and reporting. She began her career in the agency realm as a social media strategist before moving on to the role of associate social media producer at HSN, where she implemented social media strategies for the live show in support of the brand’s omni-channel customer experience. As a passion project, she manages a food/travel blog called This Jenn Girl and has experience working on social media influencer campaigns with brands such as Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Experience Kissimmee and Clinique.
