Tracey Grove (@traceygrove) is the director of internal communications, customer support services for Microsoft Corporation. As a professional and personal coach with more than 20 years' experience, she works on culture change and instilling purpose, trust, and resilience in diverse populations. Her own perspective shaped by living on three continents, she seeks to change organizational systems holistically. Tracey has a M.A. in organizational development and leadership, with an evidence-based coaching designation, and is an ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She also has a B.A in psychology and is certified in international communications. Her firm, Pure Symmetry Coaching (www.puresymmetry.com), helps people and organizations thrive.
