Taylor Adams is the Manager of Workplace Mental Health at Mental Health America, which includes managing MHA's Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health, an employer certification program to guide and recognize companies who are creating mentally healthy workplaces. Her primary role is to provide technical assistance and resources to companies who are evaluating and refining policies to better support employee mental health and well-being. She previously served as Manager of Programs and Operations and as Board Liaison. Prior to working at MHA, Adams was a Public Policy Assistant for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. As an undergraduate, she served as president for an award-winning Active Minds chapter for three years.
