Lindsey Grays, MSBA, is a Communications Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Seattle, WA, where she enhances global internal communications to ensure the Foundation’s voice reflects that of its employees. With a strong background in analytics, channels management, and social media, Lindsey has also specialized in learning and development programs and executive administration. Her expertise places her at the intersection of data-driven insights and effective communications. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Spelman College (Atlanta, GA) and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Washington (Tacoma, WA). Lindsey is passionate about using data to amplify the voices of underrepresented populations and leveraging AI to create culturally competent, globally resonant communications. A Washington State native, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and 6-year-old son. She is also deeply involved in her community, serving as Board Chair of Communities in Schools of Tacoma, Corresponding Secretary for Jack and Jill of America, Inc. (Tacoma Chapter), a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. (Tacoma Alumnae Chapter), and a committee chair in her local parent association.
