Leslie is a zealous educated and experienced Diversity, Equity, Belonging and Inclusion leader, recognized for designing and executing strategies for a successful workforce, customer and community. At FedEx Office, Leslie is responsible for leading teams to integrate Inclusion and Diversity into all aspects of business to deliver outstanding service to all. She has won a rising star award and a 5-star award. Prior to FedEx, Leslie was the Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Wells Fargo Advisors. She worked in Business Development for diverse communities before moving into HR. Her awards include Top 15 Business Women in Dallas, Who’s Who in Diversity and Essence Magazine Diversity Champion.
