Communications Leadership Council. As vice president of internal communications for Amazon’s Worldwide Communications team, Leslie Letts helps keep the company’s products and services moving. As a leader, she's a bridge between corporate and the company’s hundreds of thousands of front-line employees. As supply chains, economies, and daily life felt the impact and the aftershocks of COVID-19, she had to stand strong in her efforts to continue delivering uninterrupted communications, sharing important corporate updates to employees across the globe and bringing critical storytelling and notifications to internal and external audiences. Her reach extends across Amazon Worldwide Operations’ employees and managers in more than 15 countries. She has been at Amazon for more than 12 years and has worked in both Seattle and Tokyo before landing in Nashville. Prior to coming to Amazon, she also served as director of public relations at Hewlett-Packard, vice president at Fleishman-Hillard and various communications roles at Sprint.
