Lee’s career and life have been committed to social justice, through cultivating a culture of Belonging at Citrix and in his leadership to the largest civil rights organizations; including the Board of Governors at HRC; Board Chair of the National LGBTQ Task Force; and at several South Florida non-profit boards. Currently, he is on the national Board of Freedom for All Americans, the bipartisan campaign to secure full nondiscrimination protections for LGBTQ people. He has worked for leading technology companies including, Citrix, CenturyLink, Verizon, and Orange (France Telecom). His peers have recognized him with a Business of Pride Award from South Florida Business Journal, an Out 50 Award from SFGN, and an LGBTQ Leaders Award from the Florida Diversity Council. He is also an avid social media devotee with a Monthly Blog, 3,000+ Facebook friends and 3,500 connections on Linked-In. Lee received his undergraduate degree in Organizational Psychology and Art History from George Washington University and resides in Ft. Lauderdale with his Husband.
