Senior communications and reputation strategist
Kelly McGrail recently stepped out of the role of VP, Leadership & Family Communications and Community Engagement for Mars, Incorporated, a $45B family business with more than 140,000 associates operating in pet care, confectionery and food categories across more than 80 countries. She served as a communications advisor for the CEO and Board Chair, and focused on leadership visibility as an important part of introducing millions of people to Mars, and advancing issues important to the company and society, like climate action.
Prior to joining Mars, McGrail spent 8 years with Wrigley, serving on the company’s leadership team as the global lead of corporate affairs, investor relations and the Wrigley Foundation.
