Kelly Martin

Kelly Martin began her career in healthcare around the time she began to walk. Raised by her mother who led nursing at one of Ohio’s largest nursing homes, Martin was exposed early and often to the challenges and benefits of caring for others—especially in their most vulnerable times. She served at Mercy Health for nearly 15 years in a variety of escalating marketing and communications roles and earned her state and federal license as a nursing home administrator during this period. Kelly also spent two years as assistant vice president, marketing and communications, for Northern Kentucky University. At UC Health, she has led the communications response for at least six high profile national and/or international events. She is a passionate advocate for those who care for others and for the patients of UC Health, and she balances this commitment with the responsibility to advance and protect the system brand.
