Karen Kelly has worked in communications at Crayola for more than 16 years. As executive communications and employee engagement manager, she is responsible for developing internal and external communication strategies, working with senior executives to ensure employees understand company objectives, strategies and results, and counseling leadership on the best communication vehicles to meet their needs. Kelly promotes employee engagement through a variety of company activities and events each year. She leads the Crayola Brand Ambassador team, Crayolians who promote the Crayola brand and products. Her role also includes responsibility for employee recognition and discount programs. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Eastern University.
