Geeta Chinai has worked in communications for nearly 20 years. At Qualcomm, a world leader in 3G, 4G and next-generation wireless technologies, she is director of employee communications. She and her team create programs that inform, connect, engage and inspire the company's 30,000+ employees spread across more than 40 countries. Before Qualcomm, Geeta worked in employee communications for Sony, and before that she worked at San Diego publications, including the San Diego Reader and the San Diego Union-Tribune. She also worked for two years in China and one year in Japan. She has degrees in English and Communications Studies from the University of Virginia.
