She created the strategy behind making personal connections with current and future talent by amplifying employee voices in Cisco's 70,000-person organization. Collins was named a 2019 Top Woman in PR along with the 2019 Digital Leader of the Year by Social Shake Up, 2018 and 2019 Digital Communicator of the Year by the Stevie Awards, 2017-2018 Social Media Professional of the Year by PRNews and 2017 Social Media Professional of the Year by PR Daily. When she's not on Twitter and Instagram, she’s enjoying the Florida weather with her husband and ‘fur-kid” cat.
