Alyssa Samuelson is a communications director at Microsoft, leading reputation management, employee communications and crisis response for a variety of events or issues that affect Microsoft employees. Most recently, Alyssa led Microsoft’s internal response for the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, and built a framework for how to think about corporate and employee activism. In her role, she has helped the company navigate a number of socio-political, cultural and world events, through inclusive and empathetic communications that help nurture brand love, protect and grow Microsoft’s reputation and build trust both internally and externally.
