For the past 23 years at SVB, Brendan has focused on internal and executive communications, partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to navigate complex enterprise change. Brendan has been instrumental in shaping SVB’s culture and evolution, providing strategic direction for global employee engagement and experience. He is passionate about nurturing values-driven teams that ignite impact through people-centric storytelling. Brendan is an alumni of Hamline University and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two sons.
